- 2 lb. short cubed beef ribs
- ½ medium quartered cabbage
- Bok choy pechay, 1 bunch
- 1 bunch of 15 pieces long green beans
- 1 medium cubed sized potato
- 2 sliced saba banana, large plantains
- 3 pieces thinly sliced chorizo
- 1 large diced tomato
- 1 diced onion, medium-sized
- 2 tbsp. of the whole peppercorn
- 2 tbsp. sauce of fish
- 1 tsp of garlic
- 1 small can of tomato sauce
- 3 cups of water
- 1 cup of garbanzos

Heat the oil in your fry pot and start to fry banana to turn golden brown. After finishing, fry and take the banana aside from the pot.
