  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil extra virgin
  • ½ pc large onion chopped
  • 1 cup black beans dried
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 cup ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 1 tbsp. red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup fresh green cilantro


  • At first pour olive oil in a pan, heat over medium heat.Then combine onion, black beans, garlic, tomatoes, cumin, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar and stir for 2 or 3 minutes over medium low heat. Then pour water and place lid up to bring simmer. Leave it for 15 minutes or until black beans is soft and mushy.
  • Pic up from heat and top up with salt and black pepper to raise taste. At last, garnish with chopped cilantro and dish up.
