Ingredients of Spicy tuna crispy rice recipe
- 4 oz of tuna, Sushi grade
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
- Half tsp honey
- Salt as need
- 1 avocado (Large)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 cup uncooked white rice (short and grain)
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (Black or white)
Instructions for Spicy tuna crispy rice recipe
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili crisp, and honey.
Season with salt as needed.
In another bowl, Cut avocado into small cubes and mash them properly.
Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes so that the avocado can soften a bit.
In the meantime, Rinse rice in a sieve several times until the water runs clear (avoid starch).
Let the rice soak in water.
Now follow the instruction written on the rice packet and cook accordingly.
Get parchment paper or a silicone rice cooker and spread rice evenly.
After cooked rice gets cool enough to handle, use a fork to fluff the rice.
We will roll cooked rice into uniform balls.

Be careful; roll rice balls one at a time.
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
Once hot, carefully add rice patties to the frying pan and cook for about 4 minutes per side until crispy.
Sesame seeds can be added during cooking if desired.
Remove rice patties from the frying pan and set them aside on a paper towel to absorb oil.
Now place all the rice patties on a serving dish
Add premade avocado mixture as per needed.
Again, add the spicy tuna mixture and toppings as desired.
