  • 1 Pound Shrimp, Size 21-30.
  • 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil.
  • 1 Onion Sliced Thin.
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets Optional.
  • 2 Cups Shrimp or Lobster Stock.
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt and Pepper to Taste.
  • 2 Bell Peppers Sliced.
  • 3 Plum Tomatoes cut in eighths.
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano Leaves or 1 Teaspoon Dried.
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili.
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter.
  • 1/2 Pound Small Baby Potatoes.

Firstly, you need to take a bowl or pot, pour some water into the bowl. Boil the water of the pot over medium heat. When water is becoming hot, add some potatoes for boiling. After 5 minutes, remove and drain the tomatoes.
