Ingredients of San Pedro Shrimp Tray Recipe

  • 1 Pound Shrimp, Size 21-30.
  • 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil.
  • 1 Onion Sliced Thin.
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets Optional.
  • 2 Cups Shrimp or Lobster Stock.
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt and Pepper to Taste.
  • 2 Bell Peppers Sliced.
  • 3 Plum Tomatoes cut in eighths.
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano Leaves or 1 Teaspoon Dried.
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili.
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter.
  • 1/2 Pound Small Baby Potatoes.

Instructions for San Pedro Shrimp Tray Recipe


Firstly, you need to take a bowl or pot, pour some water into the bowl. Boil the water of the pot over medium heat. When water is becoming hot, add some potatoes for boiling. After 5 minutes, remove and drain the tomatoes. 


During this time, you add all the seasoning to a boil and try to mix smoothly. When you will see the mixer is smooth, pour half of the mixer over the shrimp, stir until well coated, and finally let it dry for only 15 minutes.

When the mixture into the skillet is becoming smooth, add the previously cooked shrimps to the mixer and again stir all of the ingredients are well cooked and combined. 


Thus heat and mix only for 2-3 minutes continuously and turn off the heat.
