- 1 Pound Shrimp, Size 21-30.
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil.
- 1 Onion Sliced Thin.
- 2 Cups Broccoli Florets Optional.
- 2 Cups Shrimp or Lobster Stock.
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt and Pepper to Taste.
- 2 Bell Peppers Sliced.
- 3 Plum Tomatoes cut in eighths.
