Pro Tips to make the Salmon sushi bake recipe tastier:
1) Cut the salmon into thin sushi rice-like slices before baking. Doing so will make the salmon sushi bake a lot more tender and succulent.
2) If you’re using store-bought mayonnaise, try toasting sesame seeds in a dry pan beforehand to bring out their flavor even more. This step is optional, but it definitely doesn’t hurt.
3) Serve cool for better texture and flavor.
4) If you can’t find jalapeno slices, you may want to omit them from the recipe. Try adding scallions instead.
