Place about 1/3 cup of the filling at the center out of dough. Scatter from top to bottom.
Fold this bottom to the up. Fold that top of the dough down and pinch to seal. After that, rehash your right side, stretching gently to lay the left. Pinch closed.

Freezing the Runza sandwiches
There are two ways of freezing the Runza sandwiches. The first is unbaked freezing them. Make the sandwiches in which you set them to seam part under on a baking sheet.
Set the sheet into the fridge about a little bit and let them tighten somewhat. Warm every sandwich into plastic wrap, then in a foil.
Keep four sandwiches wrapped inwardly in a gallon zip lock packet to save 3 months by freezing.
The second way of freezing them is by baking per instructions.
Cool them completely before wrapping them into plastic wrap. Foil then by placing into the zip lock bag. Reheat them within 3 months.
Re-heat frozen or unfrozen Runzas
Your unbaked Runzas need to soften and brush with butter the tops for 30 minutes to 375° f before baking them. Set your frozen sandwich on the baking sheet for the baked Runza and place it in the oven to 350° for 20 minutes.
Just reheating the Runza sandwiches need 10 minutes. Wrap in a foil, set in the baking sheet, then bake 10 minutes to 400 degrees.
Reheating Runza in the air fryer is great. Place the sandwiches on the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. It needs not to wrap in the foil.
