- ½ cup Tapioca starch
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. sesame powder
Instructions for Milk Mochi Recipe
First, add tapioca starch, sugar, and milk to the pot. Mix them until they are smooth and clumped.
Mix 1 tbsp. sugar and sesame powder on the other plate and combine them.
Start the stove and turn it to medium-low speed. Now set the pot over the stove. Stir continuously until the milk is thick. It may take 5 to 7 minutes. Be patient in keeping your go.
