- 2 cans Rotel
- 4 cups smoked queso(homemade or store-bought )
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 2 lbs Velveeta cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 2 tbsp seasoning
- Sour cream for garnishing
- 16 ounces of smoked gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro, and diced tomatoes.
- Optional toppings: 8 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
Instructions for Meat church Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
First prepare the smoker by filling it with smoking wood chips and adding the meat.
In a large bowl, mix together the chili powder, salt and pepper to taste, ground beef, Rotel tomatoes, and 4 cups of smoked queso.
