- 4 cups chopped onions
- 2 cups cut organic cilantro
- 2 pounds fresh shrimp
- 1 cup shredded organic green onion
- 1 tbsp. salt (add more if required)
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp old bay seasoning
- 8-10 white corn tortillas
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Required amount of canola oil (approximate 2 cups)
- 3 organic sliced avocados
- 3 cup cube cut tomatoes
- ½ tsp onion powder to taste
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- Chopped green cilantro for garnishing

Cut the head of the shrimps and peel off. Take the shrimp into a perforated bowl and wash with cold water.
