- 6/8 ounces chicken breasts (skinless, boneless, or with bone as you like)

- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup macadamia nuts, sliced thinly
- 3 cups panko (unseasoned breadcrumbs)
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
