- Frozen Green shell Mussels: 1 box ( Cut the mussels in half and chop the meat or keep whole )
To Make The Dynamite Sauce:
- Japanese Kewpie Mayo: 1 cup
- Sriracha Hot Sauce: 1 teaspoon ( adjust to taste )
- Sweetfish Roe: 1 teaspoon ( Masago ) – Optional
- Chopped Green Onions
- Masago ( Optional )
- Sliced Lemons
Instructions for Japanese Baked Mussels Recipe
First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Then take the mussels by hand and separate the mussels from the shell.
- If there is excess water in it, shake it off.
- Then take a baking tray. Line it with aluminum foil.
- Place the emptied shells on the tray.
- Then cut the mussels meat or leave it whole.
