Ingredients of Jamaican pig feet recipe

  • 3 pounds small pieces of pig trotters
  • 1 tsp Cayenne of red pepper
  • 1 tsp of group pimento
  • 1 and ½ tsp of Celery salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of garlic salt
  • ½ tsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 and ½ tsp of paprika
  • 2 tsp all-purpose Maggie
  • 1 tsp of Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp of soy sauce
  • 1 and ¼ tsp of food browning
  • 1 sprig of Green thyme
  • ½ sliced onion of medium size
  • 1 chopped scallion stalk
  • 1 hot scotch, chopped and medium-size bonnet pepper
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • 1 canned drained baked beans of regular size
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of Ketchup
  • 6 cups water

Add all the dry ingredients to the small container and mix them well with a spoon. Set the container aside.

Keep the pig’s feet in the large bowl and season with dry ingredients, soy sauce, and browning food.
