- 1 ounce of white wine

- Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp chives ( chopped)
- Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

- 4-6 small tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp parsley leaves (chopped)

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
Season grouper cheeks with salt and pepper
