Ingredients of Duck wings recipe

  • 3 pounds of fresh duck wings
  • 2 tsp spice powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 cups of cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 sliced garlic cover
  • 1 tsp powdered ginger
  • Canola oil ( As preferred)
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce (or your favorite type)

Instructions for Duck wings recipe


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


In a large bowl, combine duck wings with spice powder, kosher salt, and cornstarch until wings are completely coated.
