  • 1 and ½ pounds pulverized beef with 80/20% fat
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • ½ cup refined chopped onion
  • ¾ cup of powdered saltine crackers
  • 1 cup of Ketchup
  • 2 large size eggs
  • ½ cup brown colored sugar
  • ¼ tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tsp of grazed sage
