For dry seasonings

  • 1/3 cup flour of brown rice
  • 2 tbsp of seafood seasonings

  • 1 cup gluten free fish stock
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • ½ cup of red wine
  • 3 tbsp of oyster sauce
