- 1 – 1and ½ jumbo raw shrimp
For dry seasonings
- 1/3 cup flour of brown rice
- 2 tbsp of seafood seasonings
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- 1 tsp of garlic granules
- 1 tsp of black pepper
For black pepper sauce
- 1 cup gluten free fish stock
- 1 cup of hot water
- ½ cup of red wine
- 3 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp of soya sauce
- 2 tbsp of agave nectar
- 2 tsp jerk marinade
