- 2 large. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetables
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cold water
- White rice ( Cooked)
- Slurry and cornstarch
- 3 green onions, chopped (white and light green parts only)
