Ingredients of Achari Chicken Wings Masala

Achari chicken masala wings

  • Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
  • Mango pickle, 2 tbsp
  • Chicken wings, 2 kg (With skin or without)
  • Cooking oil, 2tbsp
  • Sliced onions, ½ cup
  • Cube size chopped tomato, ½ cup
  • Garlic paste, 1tsp
  • Ginger paste, 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder, ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder, 1 tsp
  • Red crushed chili powder, 1tbsp
  • Salt, 1 tsp
  • Mixed chicken spicy masala powder, 1 tsp
  • 1 cup water

To temper

  • Coriander seeds, ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds, ½ tsp
  • Bay leaf, 1 and 1/2
  • Fenugreek seeds (methi dana), ¼ tsp
  • Onion seeds, ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon, 1 inch
  • Cloves, 2-3
  • Green cardamom, 2
  • Whole red pepper, 2-3
  • Oil, 1 tbsp.
  • Chopped coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions for Achari Chicken Wings Masala

Take chicken wings in a bowl and wash them. Drain water. Add lemon, mango pickles, and salt, stir and keep aside for marinade for about 2 hours.

In cooking, pan pours oil and sliced onion, fry until brown. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and tomato, stir 2-3 minutes.

Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, crushed chili powder, mixed chicken spicy masala, and salt. Cook until the mixer is roasted well.

Slowly add marinated chicken wings stir to coat. Then pour water and cover until boil.

Flip the wings several times. Low the heat and leave.

Add oil, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, bay leaf, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, and whole red pepper in another small saucepan for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.

Once the masala is done, sprinkle it on top of the wings and leave it for simmer for about 4-5 minutes.

Remove from heat, pour in a serving ceramic bowl, and garnish with coriander leaves.

  • Skinless chicken wings, 1.5 kg
  • Mango pickle, 2 tbsp.
  • Green pepper paste, 1 tsp

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Take chicken wings in a perforated bowel, wash with cool water and drain water.

In a mixing bowl, take soaked chicken wings.

Then, pour oil, yogurt, green pepper paste, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander paste, turmeric powder, mango pickle, red chili powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, and vinegar mix it very well.

Pour the spicy mixture on the chicken wings stirs a few times to absorb. Marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Remove from refrigerator. Grease the baking tray with oil. Set the wings on the tray and transfer them into the preheated oven.

Bake for 10-20 minutes. Flip 2 or 3 times. Remove them from the oven once the wings are ready properly or brown.
